• Directly linking to the URL of sound source files on this site when using content via the web.
• Directly playing sound sources from this site when used in stores, events, etc. (Please download and use them).
• Automatically collecting content (images, sound sources, etc.) from this site using programs such as bots.
• Any other actions that place a significant load on this site's servers or network.
• Reproducing and publishing (online or offline) content from this site.
• Secondary publication or distribution of sound sources from this site by non-rights holders, regardless of false attribution of composer or producer names.
• Soliciting participating composers or producers via the email form.
• Slandering or defaming this site or EFMUSIC.

General Provisions

This site may change this agreement at any time.

If this agreement is changed, we will notify you in advance on the news page of this site.

In the event of a dispute concerning this agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
